9毫米钢壳弹打起来有什么问题？

I just had a FTE last Saturday with Tula on my USP 9mm
Bought 6 boxes from walmart that morning, got all excited and went to the range and bang, bang, bang and that was it: a shell stuck in the chamber after discharged. Had to use a plier to get it out.
First failure of any kind in my life. Between USP and Tula, I choose to believe it was caused by the ammo.

Thanks for the input. I have shot over 2000 rounds of steel cased ammos and this was the time I had an issue. So I am guessing it's just this one shell that was not sized right.

Yeah I have shot over 2000 rounds of wolf in 9mm and 20SW so far with no issue. I heard tula is wolf ammo packed differently. Not sure if it's true but they do look alike.
