今天看到一个H3 buffer， 5.6oz的讨论，感觉挺不错的。贴过来供对7.62X39有兴趣的兄弟们看看。下面这位老兄的回答对H3buffer的使用不是很支持。当然要看自己的枪的表现了。

[size=14.864px]Okay, first, heavy buffers do not reduce recoil. They actually increase recoil, as they add to the weight of the reciprocating mass.Competetion shooters who want to reduce recoil will use aluminum bolt carriers and empty buffers paired with adjustable gas systems (and muzzle brakes) so the 5.56 feels like a .22 lr. What heavy buffers are designed to do is reduce the cyclic rate in full auto and stop bolt bounce. Most barrels will have gas ports sized to properly function the action without over-stressing it. Second, steel case ammo actually benefits from "increased blow-back" because the steel cases are harder to extract. You might want to invest in a spare extractor if you plan on shooting it a lot. That being said, I have H3 buffers & Wolff extra power buffer springs in my big bore AR's. They are so far out of Stoner's original specs that they really benefit from these parts. If you want to tune your rifle properly, start with factory spec buffer & spring. Fire a few rounds and check where flings them forward, it's over gassed & needs a heavy buffer and/or an extra power spring. If they eject way back, it's under gassed & all you can do is open the gas port or use hotter ammo. There's nothing wrong with being under gassed, but it can cause jams due to bolt short stroking. Being over gassed is bad as it accelerates wear and can cause parts breakage. The 7.62x39 is not significntly more powerful than the 5.56. The .308 is way more powerful than either, and while it's bolt carrier is heavier, it uses a shorter (& thus lighter) buffer, relying on proper gas regulation to function correctly. If you're more worried about recoil, get a good muzzle brake - MW sells all sorts of good ones.
如果要自制也是H3buffer也是可行的，找个M18X80mm的螺丝，自己就可以用角磨机（grinder） 锉刀，钻头做一个出来。贴图分享下参数。

上次我试了一下BCA的侧拉7.62X39, 抛壳角度是4、5点钟方向，是不是放个重的buffer就可以将抛弹改到3点钟方向呢？我量了一下那个buffer，才3盎司。下次换个4盎司的试试。

7.62x39的AR-47 平台，问题是Bolt的壁特别薄，Extractor薄弱，容易损坏。
Bolt的Lug和Extractor受力最大的 ...

他们那个bolt材料或热处理应该改了，中碳钢+好的热处理可以做出强度韧性不错的零件。即使低碳钢直接水淬火，强度都比不处理的强很多倍

现在x39也不便宜了，最后一点优势也没了，AR平台不如直接.300BO

是的，不过已经入坑了。等玩一阵子再说吧。

BCA是不是改了它的导气孔，他们以前配的就是3oz的标准buffer。为啥你的用标准的卡壳？或者导气块装的位置不对？
