People in Chicago should stay home, protest already started on the street.

Following the news, this guy slashed police car's tire with a 4 inch knife before the shooting. This is an over-kill from the police, but he was looking for trouble and pretty much did this to himself, and he as also high on drug.
Chicago city paid his family 5 million dollars as a settlement, this is our tax money at work, no wonder they need to raise the property tax.
