AK47最早的时候是双钩。AKM为了给减速器留位置改成了单钩。半自动上用双钩可以多一点保险，不过99.9%用不上。

零件上好像不缺啥了。导轨可以在Arms America买UTG的，是钢制的。

剩下的就是琢磨工装和工艺了。

因为只装一支，不值得在工装上投入太多，所以现在正想办法尽量利用手头的工具。铆接活不太好做，我准备混合铆接和螺栓。

装枪栓导轨是个问题，标准做法是点焊。没有点焊机，今天试了一下MIG焊接，应该可以。也有人用钎焊，看起来比较容易，准备试试。

相关法律的原文是这样：

18 U.S.C. § 922(r)

(r) It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun which is identical to any rifle or shotgun prohibited from importation under section 925 (d)(3) of this chapter as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes except that this subsection shall not apply to—
(1) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for sale or distribution by a licensed manufacturer to the United States or any department or agency thereof or to any State or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or
(2) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for the purposes of testing or experimentation authorized by the Attorney General.

Assembly of semiautomatic rifles or shotguns.
(a) No person shall assemble a semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun using more than 10 of the imported parts listed in paragraph (c) of this section if the assembled firearm is prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3) as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes.
(b) The provisions of this section shall not apply to:
(1) The assembly of such rifle or shotgun for sale or distribution by a licensed manufacturer to the United States or any department or agency thereof or to any State or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or
(2) The assembly of such rifle or shotgun for the purposes of testing or experimentation authorized by the Director under the provisions of § 478.151; or
(3) The repair of any rifle or shotgun which had been imported into or assembled in the United States prior to November 30, 1990, or the replacement of any part of such firearm.
(c) For purposes of this section, the term imported parts are:
(1) Frames, receivers, receiver castings, forgings or stampings
(2) Barrels
(3) Barrel extensions
(4) Mounting blocks (trunions)
(5) Muzzle attachments
(6) Bolts
(7) Bolt carriers
(8) Operating rods
(9) Gas pistons
(10) Trigger housings
(11) Triggers
(12) Hammers
(13) Sears
(14) Disconnectors
(15) Buttstocks
(16) Pistol grips
(17) Forearms, handguards
(18) Magazine bodies
(19) Followers
(20) Floorplates



这条法律实际上规定组装枪里上述20个部件里， 不能超过10个进口部件。AK里有16个部件在这个表里， 所以有人经常去数美国部件， 说是要至少6个。实际上正确的是数进口部件的数量。 这个套件里， 如果用美国枪管，扳机组， 不算机匣， 共用9个进口部件， 加个进口弹匣， 就超了。

我觉得10个合法。那个波兰80%机匣自己加工一下就不算进口的。
