You are much stronger than me. But I probably can smoke you doing some endurance based PT. I've got smoked 2 weeks ago doing thrusters and burpees on the minute for 10 min. The first 5 min was fine, I was thinking I got this, then it got hard. The last 2 or 3 min I just wanna die.

I only did clean recently due to my shoulder ...

My PR on burpees is 110 in 7 min. Thrusters? I don't know~

My current record is 135 by 2. But one being hang clean, the other being paused power clean. If I do power clean without pause, I probably can do more.
