SKS在加州算AW么？

SKS在加州是怎么规定的？算AW么？这里有两个说法互相矛盾
A:
Depends what state or city you are located in. Since this weapon incorporates a bayonet and grenade launcher, it is indeed listed as an assault weapon in some states (California for example).
B:
No, since the magazine capacity is only 10 rounds

grendade好像可以拆下来，就是比较麻烦。应该找卖家还是FFL做这件事?
The grenade launcher is pinned to the barrel, and unscrews once the pin has been driven out. Be advised, the pin is not easy to remove, and the launcher is screwed on very tightly. They are not welded to the muzzle.

卖家做，CA FFL 不会接受AW, 联系Gander ，让他们帮你，或寄去第三方，make CA leagal ，再寄给你的CA FFL

應該只有阿而巴尼亞的 SKS 可以進加州, C&R. 但是最後一批貨都已賣掉了. 網上都是槍托有裂痕的.

什么意思？Yugo那个去掉榴弹抛射器不行吗？

你说的是阿尔巴尼亚进口的56半吧？和俄制或东欧制的SKS不是一回事？

SKS 不带榴弹发射器的可以C&R（比如说中国的）。yogo的带榴弹发射器的不合法
