我觉得弹药可靠就足够了，我一般试试30发就行，买大品牌的。说实在AR打大部分弹药我都感觉不出差别，再熟悉也没有戳纸打得多，就像手枪，没人天天用JHP练啊。关于复装很多网店都会写不推荐家防，因为毕竟用药、质量、规格和厂弹比都可能有问题，到时候可能会告你用不可靠弹药家防对他人造成不必要伤害，那就是律师的把戏了。目前没有因为复装引起的官司，但是对方可以从“动机”上攻击你。
唯一找到的case：

That one case was a real oddball. The guy apparently had some superlight loads and some more standard ones. The issue was whether she shot herself or he shot her from a longer range. The extremely small amount of powder residue and his inability to show which kind of load was in the gun was the source of the trouble. The jury deadlocked first go, and the prosecutor apparently was an anti gun sort intent on nailing the guy on something. I don't remember how it panned out.
If you use factory ammo, you won't have the issue. If you decide to reload, then keep exacting records, give a lot number to your own rounds, and know what you have in the gun. I'd even recommend keeping back a few as samples just in case they feel the need to do ballistics.
I'm not sold that reloads = you're going to jail, it's just an added complication. If the reloads send you to jail, it's because there were other things that were extremely difficult about the case.
