我很怀疑。就象禁飞名单一样，上去了就下不来了，而且也有留底。

calguns上，以及DOJ的明文，都是说可以的。卖枪到外州后销注册，跟这个是一个路子。总不可能人家都卖枪了还得注册着吧。

卖枪到外州，是怎么样的一个程序？怎么提供证明？

这个没经验。但肯定是没有问题的。左逼要的就是让你把枪弄走。

除了公民还有绿卡，还有H1B等。就算到了要回国那一天，也不是不能卖啊，你可以卖给外州，可以去掉lower卖，可以改回featureless消注册卖。哪有什么问题，方便得很。
我相信，这个麻烦，远比你跨国搬家本身小得多。

GC is ok. .
For H1B, theortically the person only has few hours to handle the process,
because the identity can become invalid immediately. And it can happen on any day.

Probably the best chance is to drive to Nevada in 5 hours ..

Involing such trouble does not worthy.
The H1B holders do not have the rights of GC holder and citizens, take such a heavy politics burden seems unncesssary.
