俄州16岁黑天使入室抢劫，强奸，枪杀父亲

又一个奥巴马的好儿子，一天之内抢劫两户人家，强奸，枪杀，简直就是丧心病狂的疯狗。

不知道会怎么起诉，按成人起诉还是"troubled youth"。。。

这样的未成年黑天使，直接击毙了不知道会有什么样的法律后果？左X州估计会有不少麻烦。

大数据时代，应该使用动态的adult age limit for courts.  根据暴力罪犯的年龄和孩子的出生证明里的父母年龄、种族、和性别来决定多大算成人。

前几年开法医学学术会议的时候，一个英国大警长讲过。以现在的技术，预防犯罪不难，比如从监狱出来的大部分再犯罪，重点监控的话能非常有效降低犯罪率。但是左逼不愿意给警察采取预防措施的权限，理由是歧视。。。
