拆了brace直接用tube

请问这个brace ban什么时候生效？我有几个丐帮AR pistol，花两百刀注册SBR不划算。能不能直接拆了brace用buffer tube？尽量不抵肩，tube贴脸也有一定稳定作用。Tube上缠点camo wrap可能触感更好。

According to the Federal Register (Vol. 87, No. 20), the ATF has set tentative dates to finalize two proposed rulings with potential to significantly impact FFLs and gun owners. 他一人肯定不行需要其他支持拥枪的参议员们加入到这个法案感觉这种法案到后面就不了了之
