Today every citizen of Ukraine understands why our country has hundreds of thousands of policemen.

Last illusions were crushed when riot police used rubber batons and boots at the Independence Square on peaceful citizens.

After such actions we realize that it is not enough to only adopt the Gun Law.

As of today Ukrainian Gun Owners Association will start to work on the preparation of amendments to the Constitution, which will provide an unconditional right for Ukrainian citizens to bear arms.

  

People should have the right to bear arms, which will be put in written into the Constitution.

  

Authorities should not and will not be stronger than its people!

   

Armed people are treated with respect!

LAW OF UKRAINE
On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine

Parliament of Ukraine decrees t a n o l at i is :

I. To amend the Constitution of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine , 1996 , № 30, p. 141 ) as follows:

1) amend Article 17 paragraph two and three as follows:

" In order to protect the sovereignty , territorial integrity and constitutional order in Ukraine , established universal conscription, which consists of military training all able-bodied citizens of Ukraine, regardless of gender, political, religious or other beliefs.

Order of the Military Training and volume are regulated by applicable law , which may be provided for specific requirements for law enforcement officers , judges and government officials as well as candidates for employment in government ";

2) amend Article 22, paragraph four as follows:

" Narrowing the scope of existing constitutional rights and freedoms, or their complete or partial ban, unless a state of emergency or state of war announcement is usurpation . Everyone has the right to defend their constitutional rights and freedoms in the case of usurpation of power , the encroachments on the constitutional order , sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine ";

3) amend Article 27, paragraph four as follows:

"Everyone has the right to freedom of owning a firearm to protect their life and health, housing and property, life and health of other people's constitutional rights and freedoms in the case of usurpation of power , the encroachments on the constitutional order , sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine . Exercising the right to free possession of firearms is governed by applicable law and may be limited only by the court on the individual. "

II. Final and transitional provisions.

1. This Law shall enter into force on the date of publication.

2. Suggest parliamentary factions (parliamentary groups) within one month submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law of Ukraine on weapons, agreed with the public ;

3. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within six months from the date of enactment of this Act:

prepare and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the laws of Ukraine in accordance with this Act , including On military duty and military service;

provide revision and cancellation by ministries and other central executive authorities of their legal acts that contradict this Law.

4. Offer to the President of Ukraine to develop and bring its regulations into conformity with this Act.

5. Until the legislation of Ukraine in accordance with this Law , the laws and other legal acts adopted before the entry into force of this Law shall apply to the extent not inconsistent with this Act.

乌克兰一天都没去过的人，看了两日平日里恨之入骨的左媒的报道，就已经断定是暴政了，鼓动民众拿枪内战。我谢谢你幸好没看到CNN藏独，疆独，台独的报道，不然，我天，那还不义愤填膺要回国组织游击队去！
