I tried this shooting pod, but it was a little too clumbsy and too time comsuming to set it up.Have your tried to carry two hammers tripod?  The reason is as follows:
1. If you need only one, you can quickly set one up.  The legs can spread really far apart to form a wider stready base.
2. If you need two, you can use one for front end, and another one as rear rest. I feel this setup is more stable than than the pod you recommended.  The drawn back is follow up shot is harder.

I have both.
if for stalking, hammer is good, since 1- 3 moa is good enough in hunting condition.
if in blind, tripod is better since you can put gun right their and you can rest. both hand free. gun has a place to lay on.   you do not need to raise gun (seems simple but at the moment call for shot, 2-3 seconds is important comparing raise gun, aim.  the tripod can be almost in the position to shot).

这个三脚架我用过一段时间，走猎时setup太繁琐，我们这里基本没什么蹲点的机会。现在只有high angle shooting的时候偶尔用
