细的那个早年意大利人的产品，80年代初被ATF禁了。

Like "moses80h" mentioned before, Guard Father spike is not even a firearm, so it can't be under the purview of BATFE.

德州如果有CHL, 在可以带枪的地方，也可以带Baton, 不过没啥意义。

这个好像不准确，请看Texas Penal Code:
PC §46.02. UNLAWFUL CARRYING WEAPONS.  这里说明带boton 是违法的。不一定是felony , 在卖酒的地方才是felony. (b) Except as provided by Subsection (c), an offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
(c) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree if the offense is committed on any premises licensed or issued a permit by this state for the sale of alcoholic beverages.


接下来还有 PC §46.15. NON-APPLICABILITY
(b) Section 46.02 does not apply to a person who:
(6) is carrying:
(A) a license issued under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, to carry a handgun; and
(B) a handgun:
(i) in a concealed manner; or
(ii) in a shoulder or belt holster;

不过其实没什么意义。必须同时带枪才合法，都带枪了，还带boton 干吗。
