sky bell give you a few days of few cloud video storage, if I remember correctly, ring charges a fee for video storage

I use sky bell, nothing major happened, entertaining recordings during halloween. I have additional nest outdoor cams that I pay for cloudy storage. A friend of mine have 3 skybells installed for that same purpose.
