如果真的象ATF说的那样这种组装枪套装没有序列号，购买时也不用做背景调查，那么确实是在目前枪支管理体系中造成一个大漏洞。这样搞等于整枪销售时候的相应管理手续变得形同虚设。
如果上路汽车必须有牌照只针对整车销售，而这时候来一个厂家买模块可以让客户自己装出一部车来，却没有要求这样的车也必须申请牌照通过车辆质检才能上路。那整个汽车交通管理系统就完蛋了，大家上路都不安全。
Polymer80需要把这种套装成品当做火器销售，符合整枪销售需要遵循的同样法律步骤。

这个问题很复杂，讨论最后会走到：是否允许自己制作不需要审查的枪支？目前的审查是否合理？宪法的“shall not be infringed"跟background check是否冲突？


讨论一个规则是否合理，其实是一个价值判断，一个价值判断首先需要一个主体，所以是主观的，跟价值判断主体的价值观相关，争论不会得出结果的。


一个反方的判断可以是这样：2A的本意是防止政府（包括三个分支）偏离宪法的最后保障，如果background check却是由政府制定和执行，你觉得这个最后的保障会有什么结果？

80%这制作，我觉的枪管比Lower来的难，以各种枪支邻件遍地，以现代科技就美国这种状态，犯罪团伙能轻而宜举弄到武器，车库分分钟成为军火制造厂的，禁不了了，搞这些只能弄守法的人

自造自用，需要关政府什么事？以车为例，别说你造台车，哪怕你买的是原厂整车，如果只放在自己私人地上开，牌照保险驾照等等啥都不用。

如果以携枪上街为例，和车能类比的也应该是这种情况，也不需要牌照保险驾照。

拿枪严格跟车类比的话，只有想在公共场所开枪的，才可能影响到公共安全，才有必要申请(开枪)执照。

不出事是没问题，但是如果你在私人地盘上开这种车出了车祸伤人毁物，那政府就必须介入追究，然后发现你这车没有牌照而你没有驾照，你看看还会不会“关政府什么事情”？到是时候只会罪加三等而且帮着造车或者买整车不管上牌照的厂家都要给法院找去喝一壶。

宪法第二修正案只说了保有武器的权力不得侵犯，没提自己造武器。这种和2A就没关系了，看现在这样的大环境，能保住持有武器的权力已经祖坟冒青烟，企图自己造武器想都不要想。之前有过3D打印枪是不是可以的争论，最后还不是非法了？哪怕3D打出来的枪只能响一次也不行。

看来有些人更适合生活在厉害国，买菜刀不实名登记下心里就不舒服。

产能跟不上+饥饿营销而已，并不是跟不跟谁涨的问题。
其实他家网站大部分东西都是日常OOS，到货一批放一批，卖完接着等猴子厂再做新的一批出来卖。

其实吧PSA现在基本算是背叛丐帮阶级了，甚至连性价比都不算很有优势了。建议自装或者买别家的产品算了。

如果是完全没有 public access 的私人场所，随便开。如果造成事故伤人毁物那是民事诉讼，关政府 P 事？

火器不能造的话，从石头里蹦出来？美国除了极少数州，合法的私人都可以自己合法地造火器。
3D 打印枪现在怎么非法了？哪条联邦或州法专门讲不能 3D 打印枪？


被缴械不是最可怕的，更可怕的是思想上被缴械。
