现在是ATF关于Pistol Braces规定的评论期，大家快去下面的网站留下评论，如果评论够多，ATF或许会改变意见

It is a travesty against justice that the ATF can criminalize possession, not misuse, of literally millions of firearms in the United States with the stroke of a pen. AR15 braced pistols and similar firearms are in common usage. As ruled by the Supreme Court in DC vs. Heller, firearms in common usage are specifically protected. As ruled by the Supreme Court in US vs. Miller, firearms in use by the military are protected. Since the military uses AR15 pattern rifles with barrels shorter than 16", it is not a logical leap to determine that AR15 pattern rifles and pistols should be LESS regulated, not more regulated. The ATF is failing in it's mission to "protect the public from crimes involving firearms" by willfully creating thousands of felonies among peaceful gun owners by twisting interpretation of the law and refusing to issue clear guidelines on the issue in question. The ATF must leave legislation to Congress and instead focus efforts on meaningful actions that will make the nation a safer place where freedoms are secure. If the ATF does not live up to it's mission, why should taxpayers continue funding it?
