德州constitutional持枪法案通过后还有必要更新LTC吗

如题小弟在Texas，听说刚刚通过了constitutional持枪法案，概述一下就是不需要持枪证就可以公共场合持枪。那我还有必要更新自己的LTC吗？我的6月份就到期了。。。

不是一回事吧，那个是open carry，你的持枪证是concealed carry

GFSZA 不管大学，只管 K-12 的学校。Constitution Carry 和联邦 GFSZA 之间的确有冲突，联邦机构对合乎州法在 School Zone (一千尺之内) permitless carry 者严格执法的概率虽然很小，但还是存在的，最终还是要通过法庭或者立法解决。

我说的还不是联邦法。法案里面有关于大学的规定。大学里面没有证是禁止的。  法案最后文本有一句：

) Sections 46.02 and[,] 46.03(a) (1), (a) (2), (a) (3), and (a) (4)  do not apply to a person who carries a handgun if:23 ( 1) the person carries the handgun on the premises, as24 defined by the statute providing the applicable offense, of a25 location operating as an emergency shelter during a state of26 disaster declared under Section 418. 014, Government Code, or a27 local state of disaster declared under Section 418.108, Government

46.03 （a）(1) 是这样写的
( 1) on the physical premises of a school or4 educational institution, any grounds or building on which an5 activity sponsored by a school or educational institution is being6 conducted, or a passenger transportation vehicle of a school or7 educational institution, whether the school or educational8 institution is public or private, unless:9 (A) pursuant to written regulations or written10 authorization of the institution; or11 (B) the person possesses or goes with a concealed12 handgun that the person is licensed to carry under Subchapter H,13 Chapter 411, Government Code, and no other weapon to which this14 section applies, on the premises of an institution of higher15 education or private or independent institution of higher16 education, on any grounds or building on which an activity17 sponsored by the institution is being conducted, or in a passenger18 transportation vehicle of the institution;
