7.62x39mm 124 Gr. FMJ Steel Cased Ammunition

This 7.62×39 steel-cased ammunition has been made from excess military stock soviet headstamp steel casings with lacquer coating.  The casings were primed in Russia in 2019, and laser marked with various third-party brands (which failed to take their casings, thus we received them).

Primers have been replaced with new production berdan primers, while in our testing they tested as non-corrosive, we recommend that you still treat the ammo as corrosive as we did not control the primer insertion ourselves.

The rounds are loaded in the USA with surplus pulled projectiles with heavy bi-metal (magnetic) projectiles. The powder is 2020 US made powder.

Average Muzzle Velocity from 8″ Barrel: 2,280 FPS
Average Muzzle Velocity from 16″ Barrel: 2,410 FPS

NOTE: Due to sanctions, this ammo is loaded with 223 powder instead of 7.62×39 powder. Thus, it has abnormal under-pressure curve. Although it functioned perfectly in all soviet block firearms, we tested it in ourselves: AKM, AKMS, RPD, RPK, SKS. See our guarantee given below. You may also find pull marks on the bullets from the pulling / recycling process but will not affect functionality.

弹头是从军剩弹上拔下来的。我不知道为什么不直接卖军剩子弹。是不是军剩子弹已经失效了？
火药是223 的，压力低一些。
这么七拼八凑，Fed Arms能够做到34美分一发还有利润。
PSA据说要在美国自己设厂，生产7.62x39 子弹。充分竞争以后，30美分一发应该是有利润的。
东欧国家接替俄罗斯军工厂的产能，25美分一发应该能够有利润。几年以后，我们应该能够买到25美分一发的7.62x39 钢壳子弹。

Fed Arms 现在还在卖钢壳8mm毛瑟子弹，44美分一发。我35美分一发的时候买过几百发，质量很好，精度很高。
估计Fed Arms不断地在小批量制造子弹，能够简陋找到什么原材料，就做什么子弹。

手上有几百发子弹的人，就不要去买了。要帮助市场把子弹价格压下来，造福所有的枪友。
34美分的价格，是天花板了。以后大工厂生产的子弹，还有更大的利润空间，绝对会降下来。

垃圾弹，压根不考虑了。1. 用的berdan primer然后自己"测试"是非腐蚀弹但是建议用户按照腐蚀弹流程清理

2. which failed to take their casings, thus we received them这话非常耐人寻味，为什么fail to take? 如果是质检不过关out of spec呢？
3. 一般轻弹头会使用burn rate更高的火药，如果223对比7.62x39，223使用的火药一般燃速更快，7.62x39使用这个更容易超压且达不到理想的初速。官方宣传的16寸管初速2450非常接近其他品牌的7.62x39子弹，如果使用了223火药的话，我倾向于认为这个子弹在同速度下会产生更高的膛压而不是他说的under pressure curve. 4. 厂家使用了ak进行测试，强调能顺利cycle不会fail to eject 但是弹壳上会留下抓壳钩痕迹，不影响使用。需要大力抓壳退膛正是子弹超压的明显特征之一，有尤其是对于ak这种本身chamber tolerance就很大的枪，有lacquer涂层的铁壳本身就能明显改善退膛难度。这一点多少印证了第3点，我猜测的高膛压弹。
综上猜测，可能使用腐蚀底火，子弹高膛压带来的cycling卡壳风险，退膛阻力大会加速抓壳钩磨损，居然还有脸卖34c，算了吧，继续买tula wolf这些老牌子弹

这里好像有精通机械生产，也有财力的枪友，想进入子弹生产行业。
Fed Arms是一个可以参考的例子。
以前我买过8mm 毛瑟子弹，钢壳35美分一发，铜壳45美分一发，都是Berdan Primer, 不能复装。质量很好。Fed Arms说，他们在欧洲找到了过剩的8mm 弹壳，然后自己购买其他材料，进行组装。

Fed Arms使用美国的人工，拔弹头，拆底火，再重新安装，能够做到35美分一发都能赚钱。
想自己生产子弹销售的人，大概找到便宜的弹壳，是最重要的。
现在俄罗斯被制裁，成品子弹不能进入美国。如果能够在俄罗斯找到钢制弹壳，成功进口美国，组装成子弹，应该能够赚钱。
中国的子弹早就不能出口美国了。但是中国有没有价格低廉的钢制弹壳呢？中国钢铁产量那么大，找一个工厂，生产钢制弹壳，出口美国，应该没有问题。中国用的Primer，应该也是Berdan Primer。找产能过剩的军工厂，采购Berdan Primer, 也许可以进一步降低成本。
