I would not fire unless my immediate family or another peron is in danger. I think the best way out is to keep distance, and don't get hurt. Let insurance company handle the damage.
In this situation, if shot were fired, all the legal hassle and follow up is not worth the property damage, which can be recovered by insurance. |
