我们是一家位于西雅图的华人枪店，我们正在寻找一个专注的零售销售助理，负责所有销售活动，包括: 面对面销售,客户维护和信件管理, 库存管理, 设备管理和维护。

工作职责：

通过优秀的销售服务，确保高质的顾客满意度

了解客户需求，在货品方面提供相应帮助和信息

“多做一点点”，自觉主动推动销售

维护库存和区域整理

积极寻找客户

应答关于商品和交易的电邮和电话

保持对货品知识的了解，并不断丰富

货品的交叉销售

团队意识强，确保客户服务质量

与客户建立有效的信任关系

要求：

精通英语和中文者优先

拥有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

对销售技巧和客户服务有基本的了解和实践

对顾客和市场动态需求方面有工作经验

专注客户服务

美国公民或永久居民

必须能够通过背景和毒品测试

We are looking for an attentive retailSales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities including: face toface sales, customer follow-up and correspondence, inventory management,display organization and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be able toelevate company standards and give valued input and perspective on how toincrease productivity on the sales floor as well as customer acquisition.  We’re looking for someone who understands thatour managers and owners will value their skills and opinions in back of thehouse as much as forward facing sales.

Our ideal candidate will grow with us andbe given opportunities for growth. Position will initially be for part time, but full time employment canbe considered for the right candidate.

If you have a pleasant and friendlypersonality and talented with paperwork (filling out and verifying paperwork),please inquire.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionthrough excellent sales service

Assess customers needs and provideassistance and information on product features

“Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Maintain in-stock and presentable conditionassigned areas

Actively seek out customers in store

Answer both email and phone inquiries aboutproducts and transaction

Remain knowledgeable on products offeredand discuss available options

Cross sell products

Team up with co-workers to ensure propercustomer service

Build productive trust relationships withcustomers

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin are highlypreferred

Solid communication and interpersonalskills

Basic understanding of sales principles andcustomer service practices

Working knowledge of customer and marketdynamics and requirements

Customer service focus

US Citizen or permanent resident

Must be able to pass background and drugtest

还没正式营业呢，不过货已上架，已经开始试营业了！ 店里周一到周六上午11点到下午6点都开门。

我们的营业时间是上午11点到下午6点。周六照常营业，周日休息。
