在 Trap and Target Shooting 下面还发现了州属的射击场所，只 copy 一下离我比较近的一个，令人意外的便宜，第一小时$5！

Trap or target shooting on any state property or public hunting area is prohibited unless the area is a designated shooting range.  There are four state owned public shooting ranges available for target shooting, patterning shotguns and sighting in rifles.

High Rock Cooperative Shooting Range - Naugatuck State Forest, Naugatuck. Operated by the High Rock Shooting Association, Inc. Range hours: Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sunday, 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm. Range fee: $5.00 for the first hour, fractional for more time. No clay targets allowed. State pistol permit required to shoot handguns. Call 860-491-9921 for information.

等有时间去过了再详细总结汇报。不过现在的任务是尽快把枪支弹药都入手了！

Thanks, the link is helpful, it's good for planning.  

I normally just use google map on my cell phone, and go to the ones that is close.  There is an android app called "Shooting Range Gun Club Finder", which I also use.  Interestingly, these two sometimes does not match exactly.  Like the Delta Arsenal I went to and shot 9mm a few times appeared on google map but it didn't appear on the app.  

This high rock is about half hour driving from me, which is not a problem at all when I am out and free for 3 hours on some Saturday mornings.  What's the best is its price, $5/first hour, then $1 per 1/4 hour thereafter.  Per person.  Still so much cheaper.  The three indoor ranges I went to charged between $20-30 every hour.  The range fee itself can let me shoot 100 rounds of 0.22.

Cool!  The map was funny, so I thought it was closer to me.  It's about half hour away from my home or where I'll be on Saturday.  Normally I have 10-1 on Saturdays, so it'll be very easy for me to go there, later.  The only thing is, I doubt they have rentals, so I'll need to arm myself first.
