Actually, it was not a simple traffic stop. The 72-year-old guy was lingering around a known drug transaction area. The police also found two prescription pills he shouldn't have.
Yes, I admit the so-called "NJ Gun Laws" is an epithet.

"Known" drug "area", but no direct link to drug transactions of any kind.

"Prescription drug" that he "shouldn't have". How the hell are the police entitled to make such judgements?

If the police have to resort to insinuation, then I'm pretty sure there's no case, none at all.

I live in an area where there're drug crimes showing up on crimemap.com (it happens everywhere ). And I do have some medicine from China for self-use. I guess police could make identical disclosure about me if I were arrested for any reason.
