Battle Creek man arrested with assault rifle trying to get onto a bus                                                              Friday, April 04, 2014 5:37 a.m. EDT                                                  by John McNeill


BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- The Calhoun County prosecutor is trying to determine if a man who was arrested at the bus station in Battle Creek with an operational SKS-assault rifle in a carry-on bag should be charged.
The butt of the gun was sticking out of the bag, prompting several calls to 9-1-1.
The gun owner claims he was trying to transport it to Lansing so he could sell it.
The City’s Gang Suppression Unit responded and took the 25-year-old into custody seizing the gun and a fully loaded magazine.
He has not yet been charged. It wasn’t exactly a concealed weapon and it wasn’t loaded but it quickly could have been.
But there is also the 2nd Amendment which gives American’s the right to carry guns.

3）It wasn’t exactly a concealed weapon. 故意误导，确实长枪不是适合CC，但并不意味着不能CC。退一万步在Michigan OC都是合法的，何况CC.
4) a fully loaded magazine， Michigan没有规定弹夹转运不能load
5） The butt of the gun was sticking out of the bag。 用这理由就报警实在是。。

OK...there is a grammar/syntax error:

"..the 2nd Amendment which gives American’s the right to carry guns."

It should be: " the 2nd Amendment which gives Americans the right to carry guns."

不是gives the right，是the right shall not be infringed
