把俺的几个回复正好总结一下放这里：

蛤蟆油几个卖点，第一健康，第二燃点高不容易燃烧产生杂质，第三味道好不刺鼻，等等。但是其实就是soy lube的某个型号的hype，据说雇了不少人在各大论坛宣传。

Super lube比蛤蟆油更健康，蛤蟆油是h3级别的可用于食品行业的润滑油，而super lube是h1级别，甚至可以和食物接触。燃点更高，而且万一燃烧后杂质更少，很多人做过对比。根本就没有味道。另外，很多润滑油温度低以后会凝固，包括蛤蟆油，冬天在冷地方室外使用会影响效果，而super lube在 -40华氏度以上状态完全不变。super lube也完全隔水，防水效果很好，等等。

另外价钱便宜，一罐子14oz的只要10几刀，够用差不多n年了。总之，几乎方方面面都无可挑剔。查一下几乎看不到任何负面评价，俺唯一看到过的就说是某个包装（好像是用在lube gun）容易破，但是咱们买都是买tube或者罐子的。

当然，蛤蟆油也是好润滑剂，只是被抬过高了。有人做过总结

1) If you want an all-natural lubricant that smells good, is a good protectant, and does reasonable job at keeping carbon from sticking (but may create more carbon from burning) then Frog Lube is okay for that. But, there is a cheaper alternative - T/C Natural Lube - which does the same job just as well.  2) If you want a lubricant that is food-grade safe, is clear, and totally odorless, that stays stable under high heat circumstances and creates a near perfect barrier between the metal and burned carbon, there are better alternatives to Frog Lube. Super Lube Synthetic Grease is one of them, though there are several makers of high quality synthetic food grade greases that should performed this role.

那你可以考虑Soy Lube SL101，就是蛤蟆油，不同的包装，连味道都是一模一样

你们现在自己都用的这个么？等过几个月看看大家反响再说．frog至少有人用了几年了，我自己用的也挺好，所以暂时先不换了．口碑也不完全是雇人吹出来的吧．

会生锈。这个是纯合成的。合成油比矿物油耐用多了。汽车的机油就是个例子。

加点防腐剂一切解决。蛤蟆油自己也声称是一种植物油，用了以后，时间长了也有厨房菜油放久了以后的那种“油蒿味”。

蛤蟆油号称是植物油啊。根据它常温下就会凝固的特性，我觉得可能是棕榈油一类的，可能加了氢。

这个可以做CLP用么？蛤蟆油就是清洁保护润滑都有了，而且实践过确实很好擦，所以不想随便换．

合成油．．．食物级．．．这俩本来就是矛盾的．

反式脂肪酸的例子还在呢．这么看我还是更相信植物油一些．．

再等几年看看．trans fat也是出来很久才被禁止的．我不是说这个油不好哈，还有用合成机油润滑枪的呢，这个比那个强．我只是说这个所谓的food grade宣传，人造的东西还真不比自然的安全
