FIGHTING HANDGUN 2 EXTREME DIAGNOSTICS This two day sixteen (16) hour course integrates CORE skills covered in Fighting Handgun 1, with Extreme Diagnostic evolutions. Instruction will begin with handgun manipulation geared towards accuracy and efficiency which will build the foundation for extreme speed and precision under extreme stress. Emphasis is placed on defensive mindset, economy of effort, efficient handgun manipulation, bio-mechanical integration with the handgun, and fundamentals of marksmanship. Topics covered: life applicable safety concerns; proper grip/kinesthetic stance; combat draw stroke/ Combat draw strike from concealment; 360 degree awareness; trigger control and reset/sight alignment and sight picture; diagnostic shooting drills; emergency (speed) tactical reloads; phase I and phase II malfunction clearance; multiple target drills; lateral movement; moving while shooting/moving to shoot; dynamic evolutions - balancing speed and precision; stress/decision making evolutions. NOTE: this course is geared towards the armed citizen as well as the armed professional. There are no pre-requisites for this course; however, this is not a beginner program. A basic level of knowledge regarding firearms and firearm safety are a must. Low capacity sub-compact pistols (pocket pistols) are not authorized. 600 rounds of ammo required. Cost = $250

如果只是为了多打几枪，还是去IDPA／USPSA练习吧。你住的city去romulus那个club很近嘀。
level 1的课看上去貌似学不了啥。找个人拍点录像，自己啥毛病就知道一大半了。

I.C.E. Training Question

Hi Joe,

I've heard that Rob Pincus will come to Toledo this year and give some training courses. I found this video on youtube and basically it has the exact content as in the GTI CCW course. Since the training course is pretty expensive, I'm wondering if these two courses are pretty much the same. I would love to save some money and get more advanced training from your guys later.

You are right. Many if the concepts that we teach are really NO different than what the other National level guys teach... Most Instructors develop their style and content with a mixture of what they have learned from others as there really hasn't been any real revolutionary developments as far as shooting goes in the last 30 years...That said, when I train with national level guys like Rob. I am essentially paying for their personality and teaching style. That said if you want the Rob Pincus experience it will be worth the money.If you like how I teach then the GTI Fighting Handgun classes will get you much of the same content as well a great deal of other cool skills that I have taken away from training and Instructor schools.

Well, I think by taking two CCW courses from you and watching all those training videos online I really get familiar with those concepts, so that leaves me keep doing more training and keep learning more advanced skills. I understand that in a real world I may not be able to shoot with both hands standing on my feet while the bad guy stands still facing towards me without any cover between us. I'm trying to figure out what's the next step. I noticed that there are some new classes on your website. So could you tell me what are the differences between Fighting Handgun 1-3 and Advanced conceal carry? Thanks a lot.




The next step for you would be FH1 or FH2.. Attached are the descriptions.  FH 3 is our super extreme class where 1 and two really concentrate on intermediate skills and really driving the fundamentals home. 1 and 2 are accuracy intensive. #3 is more of a survival handgun class.

Thank you. These files are really helpful. If I understand correct, FH2 will also cover the materials in FH1, right? For now I couldn't fine the schedule for FH2 but only for FH1. I'd like to take a FH2 class when it's available. Thanks again for your help.

好，我当麻豆。加油！那个证我也看了看，发现还要对revolver有一定了解，而且估计我准度也不能达标，就放弃了

pre-course qualification里要了解single action, double action revolver。double action revolver很简单，single action稍微麻烦些，也不比你的226麻烦到哪儿去。
不过有practical shooting (USPSA/IDPA/IPSC)classification可以替代上面所说的qualification，剩下的基本上就是不停上课不停听。
