What are the minimum physical fitness standards for SAs attending the TS/HRT selection?
The initial TS/HRT physical fitness test requires the following minimums:
Pull-ups: 12
Sit-ups: 60 (in two minutes)
Push-ups: 50
Run: under 14:59 (2 miles)
Stairs: 60 seconds (8 flights with 50 lbs vest and 35 lbs ram)
Swim: 7 minutes (200 meters)
** Five minutes rest between events.
These are only minimums. Candidates will be expected to perform at a higher standard over the two-week period.
