这是几个月前朋友递交向Santa Clara递交ccw申请问问题时收到的原信,其中明确指出学校不可。
不知是法律变了,还是回信的人不懂法,因为回信的人在另一封信里表示不知道加州有Roaster List。

Good Morning,
1. CCW permit is a permit from the State of California. You may carry your weapon in a public place (there are certain restrictions) concealed while outside of Santa Clara County as long as you are a residence of Santa Clara County. If you move from Santa Clara County, you must notify the Sheriff's Office and apply for a permit in the county or city that you reside in.
2. CCW Permits are not allowed in an courthouse( State or Federal), any government owned building (Local, state or federal), on any school grounds (ANY SCHOOL), you may not carry your firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (this includes prescription medications that may affect your judgment), you WILL notify any peace officer who contacts you that you have a CCW and you WILL show them your permit & weapon if requested. This is a few of the restrictions that will be in place and we may add more before the policy is finalized.
3) Civilian CCW permits are good for 2 years
Hopefully these answers help. Our policy has not been finalized so these may change as our policy and the law changes.
Thank you.
