Thief drop-kicks woman carrying infant
A heartless thief drop-kicked a woman as she held her infant child and stole her cell phone in The Bronx on Friday, cops said.
Surveillance video showed the man watch the 24-year-old mother as she walked past him talking on her cell phone. Her 3-month-old baby was strapped to her chest at the time of the attack.
Police say the man ran after her and drop-kicked her with a running start from behind, causing the woman and the baby to tumble forward to the ground.
The man grabbed the woman’s cell phone and ran off before police arrived. Both the mother and child where taken to Jacobi Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released, according to authorities.
No arrest have been made, cops said.
