用这个制造全自动，一般是非法的

它网站上写的很清楚，我主帖子里也写了。拥有这一套没有改造的kit是合法的（原装的铁丝没有掰弯，还不functional，就跟买个80% lower放在家一样）。但如果你要掰弯铁丝，那就必须要能合法制造和拥有全自动武器，否则就是违法。

但这个kit最大的牛逼之处就在于，掰弯铁丝的说明也给你了，也是合法的（educational）。而且工作量只要几分钟。那么平时你放一套没有掰弯的kit在家是合法的，等SHTF的时候，几分钟变全自动，也没有人管了。

至于你担心的姓名地址，这个网站写的很清楚，他们不保留你的任何信息，付款的money order要求你不留任何私人信息。所以除非这个网站是钓鱼网站，理论上你不会被人追查到。

但你可以合法拥有一个不能工作的80% sear

你没明白，我说的是改全自动的方法不止一种，不一定要钻孔。咱还是别讨论了。

假如你按照他们的说明把零件改造了，这一套kit就是完完全全的NFA全自动零件。如果你不能合法的制造和拥有全自动武器——我们绝大多数都不能——把零件改造了，那你就违法拥有全自动，假如被抓就只有洗干净屁股了。

另外，讨论“如何制作全自动武器”也是完全合法的话题。
