The 03A3 was refurbished, thus the 2 circle P proofs. Does the bolt have an X at the handle base? Need more pics of bottom metal and barrel band spring hole in stock (stock might be S-C). And the barrel markings at the muzzle. Any "R" marked parts are replacements.
The 03 has a replacemental bolt made by Bonney Forge. highpower highpower is offline

In the absence of more detailed pictures, I am going to stick my neck out and say that both have been rebuilt at one time or the other. The finish on both of them is not original and as was pointed out the '03 has a WWII replacement bolt and the S-C has a replacement bolt sleeve. The rear sight base on the '03 is a late war replacement which leads me to believe that the barrel has been replaced also.
The '03 serial number 14036xx (I can't read the last two numbers) was made late in 1931 and the S-C serial number 4713721 was made in 1944. Original barrels will be dated sometime before the production date and will match the rifles manufacturer.
Rebuilds are not worth anywhere near as much as an original rifle. So I would put the value of them to be $600-800. If they were unrebuilt with all original parts the value would be closer to a grand each.
