加州CCW问题

各路帅哥美女 请教一下
除了OC county，还有给VISA 办CCW的呀？San Diego和 SB明确表明不给VISA CCW，Riverside警察局说给，但是法官扣证不给发。
请问大神们知道的吗？
另外如果搬家需要等多久才能办理呢？
听说只改个地址办CCW是重罪所以不行，只能人肉搬家？

美国没有任何一个州能只限公民，不然是有先例的严格违宪，政府部门的网站信息很多是不准确的

听说南加州能拿到CCW，北加州就别想了。

提交了入籍申请的永居和公民也差不了几个月了吧

1)The sheriff of a county, upon a person’s application for an Oregon concealed handgun license, upon receipt of the appropriate fees and after compliance with the procedures set out in this section, shall issue the person a concealed handgun license if the person:(a)(A) Is a citizen of the United States; or(B)Is a legal resident alien who can document continuous residency in the county for at least six months and has declared in writing to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services the intent to acquire citizenship status and can present proof of the written declaration to the sheriff at the time of application for the license;

他这个OR法律的原文也是严格违宪的，实际操作里不是公民也应该给发，不发打官司告必赢
