Touching exposed lead with wound in hand will not cause lead poisoning.
It might cause pain though, when anything touches an open wound.
It really boils down to:
Lead vapor from shooting lead ammo (fmj with exposed base counts) and cleaning guns in area with poor ventilation, for repeated and prolonged periods of time.
Don't tumble brass in your bedroom, don't cast lead bullets in your living room, don't eat yellow snow, etc etc. |
