有意思!
给crosman打电话估计是个黑妹妹接的(很有腔调节奏的声音,也许不是黑的)说我保修期过了,要我自己修,还告诉我泡到水里去检查,可以给我寄O ring,不过要自己换。
不甘心,再发email却说在保修期内,并且马上给我寄Tag要我寄回去。
把往来经过贴给大家,希望今后当大家遇到类似情况时会对大家会有所帮助。

Hi XXXXXX: I ordered this benjamin marauder .25 synthetic stock (Model:BP2564) from pyramydair.com on 9/13/2013, and received it by 11/08/2013 - Friday .
XXXXXXXXX is the only number I can find on the gun's air reservoir. I'm not sure if that is the serial number or not.
Please tell me where i can find it.
also I have a item code: BJ-BP2564S [PY-3139-6069], and order#: XXXXXXX from pyramydair.com.
I will forward that letter to you as a receipt.
Actually I rarely shot this gun, maybe less than 100 pellet. I have other 5 air gun from your company never have a problem before. You know this one is the most expensive one.

Good Morning happydad, Your gun is defiantly under warranty. We can solve this in a couple of different ways. The gun can be shipped back directly to Crosman for warranty service, or you can contact one of the service stations on the list I provided to have it repaired. They will not bill you for the repair. Just bring a copy of your receipt, and they will bill us for any service done. If you decide to send it in to Crosman please let me know, and I will email you a shipping tag for UPS that will handle the postage. Thank you for your patience, and have a wonderful day. XXXXX
