美国社会是都讲究有礼貌,坏人正是利用了这一点。
对可疑人物何必有问有答。下面是我们训练手册的相关内容(作者是本地警察学院的资深教官,从警20多年了,干过FBI和特警)
Verbal Skills - Protective Communication
Verbal skills are a critical component. Students are taught to communicate
with individuals who they perceive to be a potential threat as part of a reliable process to
definitively determine whether or not the person is actually a danger to them.
When approached by a suspicious person, bully or potential threat, a practitioner will move
into the Stop Hands position (physically indicating the person should not come any closer), and
verbally direct the person not come any closer. The direction should be as specific as possible. For
example, “Stop right there, don’t come any closer, please. What do you want?”
If the individual complies, he or she may not be a physical threat and may be verbally redirected
away.
(Note: A student will not assume that the person is safe because they say that they are.)
If the individual violates the physical and verbal boundaries set by the student, that person has
identified him or herself as a threat, and the student knows that a physical incident is imminent.
