拳头/肘击都可以打碎玻璃，CCW instructor并不是律师
除非你们州有类似的case law/precedents

这个case里是你处理错了，你差点制造了一起车防的事故。在美国不能用点刹车灯的方法警告后车太近，这是一种危险的举动，好像是在驾驶手册里提到不能这样做，这和用大灯闪前车要求让道是一个性质。

Slamming on the brakes to get rid of a tailgater is against the law almost everywhere, not to mention that some folks get shot for doing it. You'd be irritating a person who is already angry, which is not too smart. Why make the other guy's problem your problem? You are training the other driver not to take your brake lights seriously. Let's say you can't get the guy off your tail and he follows you for several blocks. 这里的tape应该就是我们通常理解的轻点刹车，按上面说法，这样做在美国很多地方是违法的。看完后，我觉得是有道理的。road rage 的时候，人确实容易犯冲。绝大多数情况下，后面的车知道跟太近了，但美国一般不让用喇叭或灯光示意前车让开，他就是想用近距离告诉你让开这条道，你这时候给他个brake light。。。。。。你可能是好意告诉他太近了有危险，对方有可能认为你故意压着道。gunnutz的case就是这样

你引用的是哪个州的法规？没有哪个州能代表整个美国，特别是广大地广人稀的南方地区。我找遍了我们州（GA）法律，只有这一条说到刹车灯的。

我当时要是能换就换了，2条道，我在左边，右边是油罐车，我要超油罐车才在左道的，根本换不回右道，在加拿大倒是可以轻点刹车提醒后车。
