Friedman's book exactly tries to explain why 财产不能公有化，权力不能私有化。 What you pick out is not factually wrong. I challenge you find one 谎言 from Friedman. Of course you don't have to 尽信书.
The quote you got, I don't think Friedman is advocate the bank to control the money printing power. Read carefully.
Friedman is one of the greatest defenders of free market and economic freedom. Your rant changes nothing.
