稳妥起见还是最好在当地登记一下， 再说搬家后原来州的CCW就作废了。

PA槍法自由點
其他條件可以配合的話住PA吧

NYC 上班的话, CT 也可以是个不错的考虑。

CT 的枪法也超级变态，楼主如果有突击步枪，那是一把也带不进来。而且来了就得申请pistol permit，否则连子弹都买不到。
