美高法拒绝审理三起反控枪上诉 刻意回避敏感话题

美国的枪支问题依旧是一个十分敏感的话题。据美国侨报网2月24日报道，24日，美国最高法院拒绝了三项有关对控枪法案的上诉请求，维持原判。显示出高法并不愿涉入这一引起政治动荡的社会问题。

据报道，此次被拒绝审理的上诉有两项是全国步枪协会(NRA)提出的，高法的这一裁决显示，一直倡导枪支权利的组织或个人受到了挫败。

NRA提出的第一起上诉是反对一项德克萨斯州法律，该法规禁止18~20岁的居民在公共场所携带手枪。NRA提出的第二起上诉是反对几项联邦法律法规，该法规可以追溯到1968年, 其禁止枪支经销商向21岁以下的居民出售枪支和弹药。

被驳回的第三起上诉是反对一项限制州际运输枪支的联邦法律，以及一项与其相关的维吉尼亚州法规。提出这一上诉的是几名哥伦比亚特区居民，他们希望能在邻近的弗吉尼亚购买枪支。

高法目前尚未决定居民是否有在公共场所有携带枪支的权利，这也是近期与枪支相关的争议话题，对此高罚采取了回避态度。(实习编辑：朱天祺 审核：张雪)

This is assinine!
I'm 62 now, but when I was 10 through 16 years old we use to walk down the street with our father's shot guns to go shoot crows in the farmers fields and that was only 5 mils outside of the city!
If the courts what to be like this, then I say this: There should be laws that restrict those under 21 years old from signing-up in any of our 5 branches of the military or law enforcment!
Any future wars, let these judges be the first to go  into battle!

I honestly have mixed feelings when we tell these young folks they cannot legally purchase a firearm while they are able to enlist in the military service of their country, are able to purchase a hunting license and are eligible to vote.

"Decline to hear the cases" is very different from "驳回上诉“。

有关美国政治，法律和文化的任何介绍，都一律要对照原文，不能相信中文翻译。这样的错误例子太多了，”Affirmative Action"翻成“平权法案”，“Christinaity”翻译成“基督教”*，...。

NJ有个比较关键的案子等着高法裁决。我看一些分析说高法准备把那个案子当成一个重要的第二修正案上诉来看，所以别的案子就不看了。
