火车站可以携枪吗？

经过我的研究，个人认为是不可以的。附图是我在Philadelphia 30th street AMTRAK station 看到的告示, 以下是告示中所提到的public law 111-117 中相关的条文， 其中规定了经过火车运送枪支弹药的规定，基本规则是不能上膛，枪弹分离，硬盒/箱子上锁。并且必须在订票时或者火车发车前24小时以口头或者书面形式告知Amtrak。 弹药必须是small amounts of ammunition, 但多少是small amount 则没明确定义。

    (1) In General.--Not later than one year after the enactment of this Act, Amtrak, in consultation with the Assistant Secretary, shall develop and implement guidance and procedures to carry out the duties and responsibilities of firearm storage and carriage in checked baggage cars and at Amtrak stations that accept checked baggage.    (2) Scope.--The guidance and procedures developed under paragraph (1) shall--            (A) permit Amtrak passengers holding a ticket for a specific         Amtrak route to place an unloaded firearm or starter pistol in a         checked bag on such route if--                    (i) the Amtrak station accepts checked baggage for                 such route;                    (ii) the passenger declares to Amtrak, either orally                 or in writing, at the time the reservation is made or                 not later than 24 hours before departure, that the                 firearm will be placed in his or her bag and will be                 unloaded;                    (iii) the firearm is in a hard-sided container;                    (iv) such container is locked; and                    (v) only the passenger has the key or combination                 for such container;            (B) <<NOTE: Ammunition.>> permit Amtrak passengers holding a         ticket for a specific Amtrak route to place small arms         ammunition for personal use in a checked bag on such route if         the ammunition is securely packed--                    (i) in fiber, wood, or metal boxes; or                    (ii) in other packaging specifically designed to                 carry small amounts of ammunition; and            (C) include any other measures needed to ensure the safety         and security of Amtrak employees, passengers, and         infrastructure, including--                    (i) in fiber, wood, or metal boxes; or                    (ii) in other packaging specifically designed to                 carry small amounts of ammunition; and    (c) Definitions.--    (1) For purposes of this section, the term ``checked baggage'' refers to baggage transported that is accessible only to select Amtrak employees.

色色一出手就是精华啊。amtrak不行的话，那公交比如septa呢？还是说车站就压根不行。今晚差点就进城参加一个party，要是去的话，还打算带枪来着。型号没去啊。

Yes you can carry on SEPTA, inclusive of buses, trains, subways, etc. Please review this link for off-limit places in PA. If it's not on the off-limit list, it IS legal for you to carry:

One thing to consider is that places like 30th Street Station are Amtrak properties; therefore, private properties. While you are not breaking any laws, Amtrak police can ask you to leave the premises and you must abide else be charged in trespassing.

While you're currently prohibited from carrying on Amtrak trains, legislation has been passed in the US Senate to require that Amtrak provide a way for gun owners to transport unloaded guns while traveling with Amtrak. See http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2...uns-on-amtrak/

值得注意的是，尽管有LTCF可以在SEPTA的交通工具上carry,  但一定要注意藏好，在交通工具上更容易因没藏好CCW枪而被报警， 或者引起恐慌。
这有个非法在SEPTA train上携带枪支弹药而被报警抓住的例子， 当然，这个涉案的是非法携枪：
