DGIF提供很多免费的outdoor range, 6个WMA(state land)的，7个national forest(federal land)的
Phelps WMA离northern virginia比较近

Can you bring guests to the IWLA?  I once was invited after several months waiting; eventually, I decided not to join because I have an annual NRA range membership.   NRA range is a lot more convenient for me.
