打印一个外州的hunting licence代替加州的hunter-ED课

太难报上名去学hunter-ed的后面4个小时和考试了(开车几小时以内的班都满了) 看到dfg网站上有

Q. What documentation is accepted as proof of completing hunter education?


A. Before your first hunting license can be issued through ALDS, you must present one of the following as proof of completing hunter education:
an annual California hunting license issued in any prior year;
a two-day nonresident California hunting license issued after the 1999/2000 license year;
a California certificate of hunter education completion or equivalency with a unique number imprinted on it ex: (AA00000) or a California hunter education certificate with no unique number imprinted and a California hunter education validation stamp affixed;
a certificate of successful completion of a California-approved hunter education course from any state or province; or
a current hunting license or hunting license issued in either of the two previous years from any state, province, European country, or South Africa. For more information, on hunter education requirements or hunter education classes, contact any CDFW License Sales Office or visit the CDFW web site at: www.dfg.ca.gov/huntered .

感觉从可以网上买了打印的地方打一张 就绕过这个hunter-ED了  有人试过么? 可行不? 打印个短期的呢?

上次在bass pro看见有网上的hunting 课程，不知道可不可以，可以去官网上查查看

1. 可以，我就是这样买第一把枪的

2. 阿拉斯加的，最方便，直接网上付钱，打印凭证，去买枪就可以了。不过买之前问一下，他家的HL有很多种类针对不同的game，全包括的300多，单纯的small game有四五十块的，问下小二是不是都接受。

3. HL的课程最好还是去上一下，有些东西还是要学习一下。

我上了online课又看了那个HSC的SG 确实挺多东西的估计搭进去了10多个小时 但只有online课是不够的必须去参加另外4个小时的“复习"课程和HL笔试

今天找了家店做了HSC的题 感觉要是那个HL笔试也是HSC程度的话应该能过了 就是约不到时间去做题只能想别的招了

请问你是以外州居民的身份，在网上买的阿拉斯加的hunting license吗？ 他们州不需要上课就可以直接买对吗？

你买枪的时候，直接用的阿拉斯加的hunting license 还是先把它换成了本州的？

这样说起来的话，并不是所有的州都像加州的要求一样，没有外州猎照的纯新手需要先上课才能买猎照。 有的州是可以直接买的啊？

我是加州resident， 买阿拉斯加的HL，然后在加州买枪。

而且，这是枪店的小二教我的。

明白了。 这么说的话，就是做买枪背景调查的时候，FBI或者是加州的DOJ,并不介意你的猎照是外州的。

其实楼主本来是想用外州猎照作为hunter-ed来置换加州猎照，如果外州猎照可以用来在加州买枪，那从单纯买枪的角度来讲，就不需要去换加州猎照了。

这对那部分英语不好，但又需要在加州买枪或者打猎的人来说倒是个好消息。

Alaska Basic Hunter Education Course

Group of students outdoors lined up posing for a picture The Basic Hunter Education (HE) courses provide training in firearms safety, and wildlife conservation as well as respect for our natural resources, landowners, and other hunters. Graduates receive lifetime certification recognized by all states, Canadian provinces and Mexico. Since originating around 1950, nearly 30 million students have completed the Basic Hunter Education training in the United States. Conclusive evidence shows that the HE course has dramatically reduced hunting related firearms accidents — up to 75% in some states — and has brought about positive change in hunter skills, attitudes and behavior.

Hunter Education is required for hunters born AFTER January 1, 1986 who intend to hunt in Units 7, 13-15, and 20. The following apply:

If you were born after January 1, 1986 and are 16 years old or older, you must have successfully completed a certified Basic Hunter Education course.
If you were born after January 1, 1986 and are under 16 years old, you must have:
successfully completed a certified Basic Hunter Education course –OR-
hunt under the direct immediate supervision of a licensed hunter who is either:
16 years old or older and has successfully completed a certified Hunter Education course OR
born on or before January 1, 1986.
In addition, Hunter Education certification is required before anyone may legally hunt in the following areas in Alaska: a) the Anchorage Coastal Wildlife Refuge, b) The Eagle River Management Area (14C for black bear and small game), c) the Palmer/Wasilla Management Area (shotgun for big game), d) The Mendenhall Wetlands near Juneau, except hunters under 10 who are not certified can hunt as long as they are under the direct supervision of an adult who is certified.

The Basic Hunter Education certificate is valid in any state where hunter education is required to purchase a license. Basic Hunter Education classes are taught by dedicated volunteer instructors who commit valuable time and expertise to providing instruction to over 2,000 Alaskans of all ages each year. The next time you have a safe and enjoyable hunting experience be sure to thank a volunteer.

过程是打印了外州的证作为hunter ed的证明 然后买加州的证 再用加州的证去做的DROS

旅游簽證和探親簽證最好不要碰這個 買槍什麽的想都不要想 除非你想有麻煩!

你旅游签证根本不算加州居民，加州驾照拿不出来怎么可能在这里买枪啊。

目前还没时间手把手教你，你应该自己先研究一下美国这边的法律，不要触法！

这是一个参考：

RCW 9.41.175
Alien possession of firearms—Possession without license—Conditions.

(1) A nonimmigrant alien, who is not a resident of Washington or a citizen of Canada, may carry or possess any firearm without having first obtained an alien firearm license if the nonimmigrant alien possesses:
(a) A valid passport and visa showing he or she is in the country legally;
(b) If required under federal law, an approved United States department of justice ATF-6 NIA application and permit for temporary importation of firearms and ammunition by nonimmigrant aliens; and
(c)(i) A valid hunting license issued by a state or territory of the United States; or
(ii) An invitation to participate in a trade show or sport shooting event being conducted in this state, another state, or another country that is contiguous with this state.
(2) A citizen of Canada may carry or possess any firearm so long as he or she possesses:
(a) Valid documentation as required for entry into the United States;
(b) If required under federal law, an approved United States department of justice ATF-6 NIA application and permit for temporary importation of firearms and ammunition by nonimmigrant aliens; and
(c)(i) A valid hunting license issued by a state or territory of the United States; or
(ii) An invitation to participate in a trade show or sport shooting event being conducted in this state, another state, or another country that is contiguous with this state.
(3) For purposes of subsections (1) and (2) of this section, the firearms may only be possessed for the purpose of using them in the hunting of game while such persons are in the act of hunting, or while on a hunting trip, or while such persons are competing in a bona fide trap or skeet shoot or any other organized contest where rifles, pistols, or shotguns are used. Nothing in this section shall be construed to allow aliens to hunt or fish in this state without first having obtained a regular hunting or fishing license.
