芝加哥枪击频繁

送孩子参观芝加哥大学可要小心了。芝大周围都是平民窟。转错了一个弯就会误入危邦。这事我２０多年前干过，紧张得不得了。那些无所事事的人都坐在门口用一种异样的眼光看着你。毛骨悚然。

那时还没枪！

芝大是 top １０， 其经济系是诺贝尔奖得主云集之处。孩子能上芝大是福气。

建议你读读芝加哥大学经济系前系主任Friedman的经典之作：Free to Choose。 文科（尤其是经济学）是有真学问的。Krugman之类左棍并不是没学问，而是不诚实别有用心。

You are ranting with little reasoning.  "Free to Choose" is one of the classics of economic books of all time, and it is written for ordinary readers.

By the way, nothing is wrong in that quote.  The fact that you don't like it doesn't make it wrong.

It appears that you are mad at a bank works on its self interest.  That's exactly what Friedman's book is about.  Of course a bank is established to make money, a lot of it, what's wrong with that?

Friedman's book exactly tries to explain why 财产不能公有化，权力不能私有化。 What you pick out is not factually wrong.  I challenge you find one 谎言 from Friedman.  Of course you don't have to 尽信书.   


The quote you got, I don't think Friedman is advocate the bank to control the money printing power.  Read carefully.  

Friedman is one of the greatest defenders of free market and economic freedom.  Your rant changes nothing.

Again, don't be so sure you know everything and other knows only 皮毛.  That's pure arrogance that doesn't make you any smarter than others.
