现在OH外星人还有啥方法能CCW？

现在不给发CPL了,还有啥方法能做到合法在OH ccw么？非移民外星人

Note: You have to have a permit from your home state if your home state issue permits. Unless you are from Vermont you have to have a permit from your home state. If your state is too restrictive and won’t issue you a permit you can not obtain a Non-Resident Pennsylvania Permit/License. Some Sheriff’s will not issue to non residents and/or have other stipulations to issue to non-residents. Check with the Sheriff’s Dept before you appear to apply.

理论上，ohio承认所有州的CCW。实际操作上，可能会有麻烦，万无一失就是给OH警局打个电话，确认一下。

问下 具体是PA的哪个county呢？ 非citizen也能办他们的non resident CPL? 我看有些地方比如AZ说的就是“resident or us citizen"

OH honor别州CPL这个倒没啥说的，问题就是如何得到别州CPL。。
