和psa 8921 kit里的upper比,不说长度,哪个质量好,精度高?

多谢F老大,我是一点不懂.卖家说可以加个Sabre Defense的BCG,500块.说他一共花了有1000,贱卖是因为他paint了这套,所以卖相差.或者他要换我的全新psa 8921kit.
