Optics Planet 昨天搞减10%省运费的活动，正好瞟到@FJC 老大推荐的FN15 36427上半身，699减10%，然后跳了坑。

结果今天早上收到邮件，被Cancel了。理由如下：

回去看了一眼回信中的链接和商品链接，上面有一行提示Government Restriction，我仔细瞅了一下，这上半身还只能执法部门用？这下给挠头了，我是该写封信去问呢，还是该换个地儿买？

请高人给出个主意，谢谢。

去Optics Planet的FAQ查了一下，

Government Restriction

注明“Government Restriction”的还真是只卖执法部门，一个上半身搞成这样，无语了

上面有一句other qualified personel. 这个就看他们解释了。一般人其实都没问题。加州会比较麻烦。

嗯，我瞅了一眼，貌似他家所有带管子的都有这个标识，很有可能是我住的地方不招人待见了。

我写了信去问，如果不能卖，只能放弃在这家买了。
