[size=13.3333px]Hey everyone,[size=13.3333px]
[size=13.3333px]I would like you're opinion on how I should proceed with my roadtrip I'm currently planning.
[size=13.3333px]
[size=13.3333px]I will be travelling from Missouri to Seattle to visit some friends. I hold a Wisconsin permit (still a WI resident) and a Utah Non-resident permit.

[size=13.3333px]For the most part, I will be able to carry in all the states I plan on travelling through. As it stands, I'm thinking of going through Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and finally in Washington.

[size=13.3333px]The only state were neither of my permits are recognized is Oregon. This state is part of my plan as I'm going to try and go to a music festical a friend will be performing in. As I understand, you need to be living in a surrouding state in order to qualify for a non-resident permit. However, with FOPA, I was thinking that before I enter Oregon, I'll pull over somewhere and unload and lock my firearm in a small travel case ( I have a small pelican case I use whenever I travel by air) and keep it there until I get into Seattle.

[size=13.3333px]Would this be legal to do? I ask as this is the first time I've planned such a large trip, espeically one that would cross a state that does not recognize either one of my permits.

[size=13.3333px]Thanks for the help.
