按照我对第三条的解读，只要你在 3/29/2019 和 4/5/2019 下午五点之间造过、进口过、买过、卖过超过十发的弹匣，你就是 “protected class” 的一员，只要 Benitez 法官的命令还有效，加州刑法 32310 条 (a) 和  (b) 款对你不再适用，你可以继续造、进口、买、卖超过十发的弹匣。

还有二十小时干这些事 ......

Calguns上有人解读这个order仍然是有期限的，就是这一周，不是对人，也有人解读这个是法官故意模糊用词。 ...

The subject of the third part of Judge’s order is “those persons and business entities”, not “magazines able to hold more than 10 rounds”.

律师的意见只是律师的意见，不一定等于法官的判决，其他律师可能有不同的解读。具体还要看上级法院怎么判。

划一下重点。
如果是照 “这些人在这一周内的行为免于Penal Code 32310的惩罚” ，周五以后就不能再买买买的理解的话，这第三条根本就不需要，有第一条就行了。
