后面PEW Science的牛人回复讲得很明白：

This is a very common occurrence on the Rugged Obsidian 45 in its long configuration with the 9mm end-cap.

This will occur many times even without the silencer unscrewing. I postulate this is due to the length of the silencer, overall tolerances, function on semi-auto tilting barrel actions, and modular tolerance stacking (related to the previous statement about tolerances).

The short configuration of the silencer using the 9mm end-cap does not exhibit this issue.

Furthermore, 9mm performance on a full size 9mm semiautomatic pistol at the shooter's ear is actually fairly good with the .45 end-cap, as shown in PEW Science testing, due to the large bore and the sensitivity of 9mm pistol hosts to backpressure when considering at-ear signature.

什么原因？我怀疑是因为他家的Nielson device 的piston 转接头公差太大不能保持同心。其他品牌SilencerCo Hybrid 46 和 Griffin Armament Optimus这样的长消都没听说过这种问题。

对啊，其他家45消换小孔盖子打9mm，都没听说过这个问题。
但看讨论，obsidian 45上居然还很常见。

另外它家的piston确容易松，我的obsidian 9打打就需要时不时手拧一下。

所以他原帖说里面baffle都没问题，只是前面盖子被打了。
