最后政府运行恢复后可能把工资补上，所以还是纳税人买单，让政府人士带薪休假了。只是国庆节从国内来玩美国的国家公园的成了最大的牺牲品。

Federal government “shutdown” does not affect NICS background checks on guns

There are rumors swirling that the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Instant Background Check System (FBI NICS) is being affected by the political drama of the federal government shutdown (which is far from an actual shutdown, but that’s another story for another publication).

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The NICS system is classified as an “essential government service” and will continue operating regardless of how long the so-called “shutdown” endures.

In fact, anecdotal evidence suggests that gun sales are actually up during the shutdown, since federal employees have time on their hands.

Perhaps some range time is in order?

我的攀岩搭档本来要去Yosemite爬El Captain，攀岩者的最神圣的地方，一起训练了两年多，现在真的是peak performance in his lifetime，结果公园关门计划被就此推迟，看现在的形式和天气，今年可能够呛了，谁知道明年会怎么样，希望他能坚持训练，不要被伤病困扰
